She is also a member of the Education to Action Advocacy team for WRJ North America. She is married to her wonderful husband Andrew and has two daughters, Victoria and Alexandra.

Peer-to-peer fundraising: Going Beyond the Usual Suspects

P2P is a well-studied concept. We know it works! Studies show that the funds raised from P2P are usually double that of traditional fundraising. The easier you make it for people to fundraise, the more they’ll do it. Sometimes people just need a reason to say yes. We encourage you to share your areas of interest so we can support you in this endeavor. We hope this article can help you to brainstorm expanding fundraising efforts, whether on behalf of your women’s group or individual accomplishments.

We are inspired by the desire to make the world a better place for all, but may have difficulty determining how to proceed. This is true whether it is our first steps on an issue, or the next step in our engagement with it..  There is so much we can do to help those in need, but before we can act, we need to be educated.  Thus, the WRJ Education to Action (E2A) Advocacy Committee was formed to help us in our advocacy journey.
