Passover Rolls

2/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of oil (peanut, olive, or coconut
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 eggs
1 cup Passover matzah meal
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine water, oil, sugar, and salt in a small pot and bring to a boil. 
  • Stir in matzah meal. Boil for a few seconds longer
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the eggs one at a time
  • Chill mixture in fridge for at least 20 minutes
  • Oil your hands  and form round balls from the mixture 3-4 inches in diameter
  • Arrange the balls on a greased baking sheet or pyrex dish. 
  • Bake one hour and allow to cool before eating
