Michelle Scheinkopf is a Member At Large of the Executive Committee of the North American Board of Women of Reform Judaism. She is a past co-president of Women of North Shore Congregation Israel (WNSCI) in Glencoe, Illinois, and is the Immediate Past President of WRJ Midwest District. She has served on both the WNSCI and Midwest District Executive Committees in several positions. She joined the WRJ North American Board of Directors in 2013 and chaired the WRJ College Outreach Committee.
Michelle is a retired high school health education teacher and still loves to teach. She is a frequent presenter at sisterhoods and women’s groups as well as WRJ events.
Michelle is married to Jeff Scheinkopf and they are the proud parents of Elizabeth (Lizzy) and Bryan. Hera, a sweet rescued chihuahua, recently joined the family and somehow is now taking up all of Michelle’s time!
