Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you want to become more involved with WRJ at the district level? Want an opportunity to take your leadership skills to the next level? Then consider becoming a part of the WRJ Northeast District Executive Committee!
The Northeast District Nominating Committee is currently seeking women for the three-year term that begins in March 2023. This is an excellent opportunity for sisterhood leaders, former sisterhood presidents, and women who are simply passionate about WRJ.
Applications for WRJ Northeast District elected offices or positions for the term beginning in March 2023 and ending in spring 2026 are open. We hope you will consider joining our leadership team!
If you are currently serving in an elected board position and wish to continue in your current position or apply for a new position, you will also need to submit an application.
If this will be your first time applying, you must apply for an area director position. In order to serve as an officer, you must have been a member of the Executive Committee for at least one term.
Elected offices and positions for which applications will be accepted include: president, first vice president, four vice presidents, recording secretary, corresponding secretary, treasurer, membership secretary, and area directors.
You can find our job descriptions HERE. Each term of office is three years. The incoming district president will assign vice president portfolios to women elected to those position.

The slate will be announced in November/December 2022. It will be presented to the delegates for voting at the Northeast District convention on March 23–26, 2023. The term of office will begin after the convention and end in spring 2026.
